Your purchase

This is a one-off purchase of the digital audio files listed on the product page, not a subscription. Individual tracks are full-length WAV files. Albums and collections include only their listed tracks. Listen to the short preview and check the listed format, sample rate, bit depth and file size before ordering. You need an internet connection, sufficient storage and software or hardware compatible with the WAV specifications shown.

Price and payment

Prices and checkout totals are in pounds sterling (GBP). There is no delivery charge for digital downloads. Review your basket, correct any details, apply an eligible coupon and check the final total before authorising payment through the payment options shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges. Checkout and these terms are provided in English.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, download links are available with your order and in the order email. Account holders can also use My Downloads. If payment is pending, access may wait for confirmation. Contact us with your order number if the email or a download does not arrive or work. Keep a backup of your downloaded files; any download limits or expiry shown with your order apply.

Immediate downloads and cancellation

Before paying, you must expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once the download or streaming supply begins. We record that choice and include it in the order confirmation. Before supply begins, you can cancel within 14 days of the contract by emailing us with your name, order number and a clear cancellation request. You can use: “I wish to cancel my digital-content order [order number], placed on [date]. My name and address are [details].”

Faults and refunds

The cancellation acknowledgement does not remove your statutory rights if the content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable requirements. Contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. We will help restore access or supply the correct file and provide the remedy, including a refund where applicable, required by consumer law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Using the music

A download purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership of the master or permission to redistribute, resell or upload the music as your own. See the usage information on the release page. Contact us before commercial synchronisation, sampling or other uses requiring a separate licence; public performance may require permissions from the relevant rights holders.

Offers and contact

The mailing-list welcome code gives 20% off an eligible order of £5 or more, including bundles, after email confirmation. It is limited to one use for the confirmed email address, cannot be combined with another coupon and has no expiry date. Save or print these terms for your records.
