Following the mid-March announcement that Above & Past had partnered with British movie composer Darren Tate to soundtrack the 40-minute, nature-focused documentary, The Final Glaciers. Crammed with ambient and cinematic sound decisions, the tracklist suits the manufacturing’s panoramic views like a glove.
Following director Craig Leesons’ current and acclaimed venture, A Plastic Ocean, The Final Glaciers brings the identical degree of consciousness to the most important man-made drawback in our surroundings, local weather change. From Antarctica to the Himalaya, the Alps, and the Andes, The Final Glaciers touches on the causes and results of local weather change, in addition to what humanity can do to assist reduction efforts. “By exploring the glaciers, I hope to encourage the subsequent technology to be the voice of change…There’s nonetheless time to avoid wasting our world,” states Lession.
