Texas-based digital trio WAVEDASH are making a triumphant return to the dance music scene in 2022. The experimental-bass producers stimulate with “Skydive,” out now through Create Music Group. “Skydive” is WAVEDASH’s first single since September 2021, when the group collaborated with a Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch in 2022, fknsyd, on “Standing Quo.”
WAVEDASH’s newest retains lots of the similar components of their sound design that listeners are comparable with, although, in a shift from WAVEDASH custom, “Skydive” may be described as hyper-sonic with ever-changing tempos and quite a lot of synth-scattered storms. Leaning away from heavy sampling and fewer cohesive synths, WAVEDASH grabs consideration with uncooked sounds and nostalgia-filled bass, yielding one other influential and distinctive dance monitor.
