Eric Prydz appoints Charles D (USA) to Pryda Presents roster with ‘You’ – Dancing Astronaut

Between opening the Cirez D vault to his ingenious virtual [CELL.] performance and the recent liberation of “NOPUS“, Eric Prydz has ceased to remain unoccupied in a more than turbulent year. The Pryda Presents head honcho now resumes the task of taste-making, extending his outstretched resumé with the introduction of Charles D (USA) to the label’s registry and the simultaneous long-awaited delivery of “You.”
Clocking in a towering seven minutes, “You” has persevered as a heavy topic of conversation dating back to May, having made its introduction in the 34th installment of EPIC Radio and serving as one of the striking IDs during Prydz’s historic display at Tomorrowland Around the World. If there was ever an instance that merited the fan-favorite Prydz phrase “proppa chugga,” “You” certainly lends itself on a silver platter. Charles D (USA)’s staggering eleventh original of the year is perhaps his most momentous, serving up a heaping degree of sweltering, dark warehouse techno as the New Yorker formally joins the Pryda Presents roster.
