KAYTRANADA previews unreleased cuts in new ‘Mellow Mellow Radio’ mini-mix

KAYTRANADA certainly made lemonade out of 2020’s lemons. Starting with the late 2019 drop of his sophomore album, BUBBA, the Canadian producer has kept a steady foot on the gas all year long with a fruitful release schedule. Now, as the year draws to a close, KAYTRANADA is teasing some of his work that has yet to see the light of day alongside fellow Montreal beatsmiths, Planet Giza, on the trio’s “Mellow Mellow Radio” series.
The “Need It” producer comes through as the mix series’ first guest, dropping off a mini-mix of unreleased goodies capped by a short interview that teases some additionally exciting developments KAYTRANANDA has up his sleeve. Following a prolific output this year and a Polaris Prize nomination to boot, KAYTANADA is sliding into 2021 on a high note with his “Mellow Mellow Radio” mix. Listen below.
