Flux Pavilion Taps Conrank for Mind-Melting Single from Forthcoming EP, "Where You At"
Flux Pavilion has connected with Conrank for a wobbly festival anthem, “Where You At” out now on the former’s Circus Records imprint.
“Where You At” sees both Pavilion and Conrank flex their production skillsets, forgoing the high-octane dubstep style we’re used to hearing from the pair and instead embracing a more subdued—albeit heavy-hitting—sound. Although the intro paints a rapturous rave soundscape, the arrangement comes back down to Earth at its drop, where minimal percussion and quirky stabs take the fore.
While “Where You At” is enough to tantalize tastebuds for the time being, Flux Pavilion isn’t stopping here. This is the first single from the British producer’s forthcoming EP, which does not yet have a release date. Keep your eyes on Flux Pavilion as he releases more music from the record in the near future.
