BABYMONSTER strive a brand new sound on newest single, ‘Caught within the Center’

Rookie Okay-pop lady group BABYMONSTER have launched their new single, ‘Caught within the Center’.

On the brand new single, which is sung fully in English, BABYMONSTER strive their hand at a brand new piano ballad sound. The track is notably a brand new route for the lady group, who made their debut n November 2023 with their first single, ‘Batter Up’, a hip-hop-driven pop track.

In the meantime, the music video for ‘Caught within the Center’ options the lady group performing the track in a big mansion in the course of the cosmos. “Oh boy, you bought me actually confused / Don’t know what I’m alleged to do / I’m caught within the center with you,” they sing.

‘Caught within the Center’ was initially introduced on New Yr’s Eve 2023 (December 31) by Yang Hyun-suk, the founding father of YG Leisure, which the lady group are signed to. On the time, Yang had described the track as “not a hip-hop monitor”. “It’s so recent to me that I’m wondering if YG [Entertainment] has ever launched a track like this,” he added.

“If I had been to share my private opinion about it, every time I take heed to this track, I shut my eyes, it seems like being in a state of zero gravity in outer house,” Yang continued about BABYMONSTER’s new track.

“The abilities and distinctive colors of the members’ vocals make me need to concentrate on even the smallest breath,” he added. “It makes me focus intensely when listening. I believe it’s a track that may be described as ‘stunning’.”

In the meantime, BABYMONSTER’s seventh member Ahyeon is about to rejoin the lady group once they launch their debut album in April. The singer had initially been a part of the line-up of BABYMONSTER, however needed to delay her debut on account of “heath causes”.
