Bass Coast Taps CloZee, Justin Martin, The Funk Hunters, More for 2023 Festival

With 2022 in the rearview, Bass Coast Festival is setting their sights on summer.
Known for showcasing innovative international artists alongside emerging Canadian talent, the boutique music and arts festival has now unveiled the first wave of artists for year’s event, which is slated for July 7th to 10th in celebration of the its 15th year.
The first wave of Bass Coast’s 2023 lineup features world-renowned French producer CloZee and German electronic music star Christian Löffler, as well as house and techno artists Move D, Delano Smith, Marcellus Pittman and Justin Martin. The festival will also feature Canadian tastemakers The Funk Hunters and of course, Bass Coast’s beloved co-founder The Librarian.

“Each of the artists in this first wave has made a unique contribution to the evolution of electronic music,” explained Bass Coast co-founder and Musical Director Andrea Graham. “We curate our lineups with the sounds of tomorrow in mind, always striving to balance familiarity with innovation.”
Keep in mind, this is only the first wave. Future announcements from the festival’s organizers will reveal additional artists and performance, plus what to expect in terms of interactive art installations, workshops, yoga, movement classes and more to look forward to this summer in Merrit, BC.
