The Stephen Lawrence Day Basis has introduced a ‘Extra Life – Move The Mic’ live performance on the O2 in London that includes D Double E, Ghetts and Mahalia.

The occasion, going down on September 13, will have a good time Black tradition and honour Stephen’s birthday on what can be his fiftieth birthday. Different artists set to function embrace Nao, Wretch 32, and the Kanneh-Masons.

In 1993, Stephen was murdered in a racially motivated assault on April 22 whereas ready for a bus in Eltham, southeast London.

In 2013, 20 years after his dying, a ‘Unity Live performance’ was held on the O2. Organised in help of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Belief and hosted by Nick Grimshaw and Reggie Yates, it featured artists together with Emeli Sande, Tinie Tempah, Labrinth, Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding and Rudimental.
