FrostTop, RemK reunite four years later to bring a trap ‘Heatwave’ – Dancing Astronaut

It feels like a lifetime has passed since FrostTop and RemK‘s names appeared next to each other on a release. Back in the summer of 2019, the two San Diego Waterboys and Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch alumni matched up for “Surge.” Fast forward four years into the future and both FrostTop and RemK have finally reunited, teamed up for a long overdue successor, “Heatwave.”
Two of the most promising, most consistent names in the trap scene have reaffirmed their placement amongst the genre’s highest ranks. Accurately titled, “Heatwave” merges together the best of both FrostTop and RemK, dropping off a scalding plate of polished trap—with a house changeup also added into the mix—that results in a more than worthy sequel to their first meeting in 2019.
