It’s the form of ambiance finest fitted to James Vickery and SG Lewis‘ “Lastly,” a gradual burn and viscous sonic pour that comes courtesy of TH3RD BRAIN to script “JV” and SG’s sophomore assembly. The R&B asset and the instances conceptualist first aligned their names within the tune credit on October 2019’s “Strain,” and as “Lastly” asserts with its downtempo attract, the synergy of their first single was no fluke.
