The veteran producer has now shared a complete of 4 early-release tunes by way of Lane 8‘s signature This By no means Occurred imprint. Whereas fragmented, Le Youth’s debut album’s tracklist already boasts notable options from the likes of RBBTS, Sultan + Shepard, Emily Falvey, Tailor, and now, folktronica singer-songwriter Gordi. After not too long ago unlocking “Dreaming” with Tailor, Le Youth presents one more collaborative triumph, bolstered by Gordi’s fluid vocal topline. “Grasp On,” Reminders’ closing preview, marvelously enhances the looming album’s unfinished but seemingly crystalline sonic identification.
