Locklead delivers a pair of deep cuts with ‘Moon’

After recently starting the Across Boundaries duo with Chris Stussy, Locklead is making a triumphant return to Up The Stuss. Out now as a double-sided record, Moon has made waves across the Atlantic Ocean as one of the most sought-after IDs in house music. Mixing minimalist house with soft melodic touches has produced a certified dance floor weapon for Locklead. With a rapidly growing fan base from his cutting edge sound, Locklead is pioneering his own niche in minimal-house.
Immediately entering into a groovy rhythm, “Moon” is a bouncy record with brilliantly placed stabs and cleverly crafted piano rolls. Singing on the track, “Moon” is a true showcase of the dutch DJ ‘s talent–from the vocals to sound design to the bass kicks. Not to be forgotten, “Hazy Glaze” rounds out the pair of releases with experimental textures weaved throughout the track.
