Noel Gallagher and Corridor & Oates react to mash-up of their songs

Noel Gallagher and Corridor & Oates have given a band their approval of an ’80s reimagining of Oasis‘ ‘Don’t Look Again In Anger’ combined with ‘Out Of Contact’.

Former Oasis guitarist, songwriter and co-vocalist Gallagher retweeted a clip of DECO’s mash-up, which mashes the band’s ’90s basic along with Corridor & Oates ’80s hit ‘Out Of Contact’.

Gallagher wrote in response to the band’s assumption that he’d be “furious” in regards to the reversioning: “In any period it’s STILL a tuuuune!!”

Corridor & Oates, in the meantime, replied to the clip on Twitter with the “100” emoji.

“We had been fallacious… thanks Noel,” DECO wrote after Gallagher praised the mash-up. The band later wrote, “Flippin ek, will get higher”, when Corridor & Oates gave them a thumbs up.

DECO have beforehand given the mash-up remedy to songs together with Coldplay‘s ‘Yellow’ and The Verve‘s ‘Bitter Candy Symphony’.
