SG Lewis’ ‘Feed The Fire’ visual is an ode to the nights we once knew

It’s safe to say that UK sweetheart SG Lewis has taken a titular cue from his latest track, “Feed The Fire.” After debuting the third single from his forthcoming debut LP, times, on October 26, the British talent can be found fanning the promotional flames with a brand new visual best articulated as an ode to the blasé evenings temporarily out of reach, but forever etched in our memories.

Flanked by “Feed The Fire’s” featured vocalist, Lucky Daye, Lewis leans into the laughs, company, and stops across town that, more often than not, make the night. A celebration of nightlife comradeship, the “Feed The Fire” video casts away the quietude of the current moment to vibrantly illustrate the moments that viewers will inevitably replicate in their own idiosyncratic manners with their own friends in time.

Recalling the concluding vehicular imagery of Lewis’ “Flames” video at its own finale, the “Feed The Fire” visual can be lived vicariously below. Read Dancing Astronaut’s recent interview with SG Lewis on times, due February 19, 2021, here.

Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa to release collaborative single ‘Prisoner’ this week

Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa will release their long-awaited collaborative single, ‘Prisoner’, this week.

Both artists have taken to social media to confirm that the song will hit streaming services this Friday (November 20) at midnight.

Alongside details of the track’s release, Cyrus and Lipa have both shared a cryptic video that features the artists eating glacé cherries, smoking cigarettes and dancing. Watch it below:

Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa have teased the release of ‘Prisoner’ throughout the year. Last month, Cyrus said the single was “perfectly a blend of the both of us”.

In May, Lipa revealed that the pair had discussed plans to link up on a song prior to the coronavirus pandemic. However, lockdown restrictions forced them to delay their plans.

‘Prisoner’ will appear as the second single from Cyrus’ forthcoming album, ‘Plastic Hearts’, following on from her previously released track ‘Midnight Sky‘. The record is due for a November 27 release and will also feature guest appearances from Billy Idol, Joan Jett and Angel Olsen.

Also on November 27, Lipa will play a unique livestream concert, entitled Studio 2054. Lipa plans to perform from a warehouse for the event and will be joined by FKA Twigs. Tickets to Studio 2054 are on sale now.

Yesterday (November 18), Lipa was announced as the face of Puma’s ‘She Moves Us’ campaign, which will see her work with the brand on initiatives aimed at female empowerment.

Yaman And Robbie Rosen Share Radio-Ready Single “Just Friends”

A massively versatile act, Hong-Kong’s Yaman has a long history in music before deciding to take over the dance scene, performing and battling around Asia as a successful beatbox artist. After deciding to move his focus behind the decks, Yaman established himself as a powerful DJ and producer, performing next to the likes of Headhunterz, Showtek, Da Tweekaz, San Holo, Mike Perry, SayMyName, Crankdat and Yellow Claw.

Following his earlier 2020 single “Fuck The Rule,” Yaman is showcasing his versatility once again, this time crafting an infectious dance-pop gem with “Just Friends” featuring Robbie Rosen, out via bedroom-based record label Esc. Records. A Top 16 Finalist on Season 10 of American Idol, Robbie Rosen certainly brings immense vocal talent to the table, perfectly complimenting Yaman’s bright and radio-ready instrumental.
