Early on in the new year, Sub Focus carries on with his tour-de-force sound as he takes on CamelPhat‘s debut studio album, Dark Matter. Joining a slew of heavyweights including MK, Mind Against, and ARTBAT, who have provided their remix capabilities to the long-awaited LP, the UK heavyweight puts his uplifting drum ‘n’ bass style to work on the LOWES-assisted “Easier.”
The distinctive, energizing productions that have become signature to the Sub Focus brand find their way in his CamelPhat remix, which carefully retains the fundamental qualities of the original in its genre-morphing transition. Packed with melodic emphasis, the track delivers soaring atmospheres and inspiriting synths over its anthemic drops.
