Rising bass star Subtronics has unleashed a nefarious extended play of complex riddims featuring the versatile prowess of sound-design maestros Kompany and Wooli.
String Theory is a kaleidoscope of convoluted rhythms, brute basslines, and out-of-this world bass frequencies, contriving this fierce 7-track album a must-listen for electronic fans. Collaborating on “Melt Ur Brain” and “Wicked Witch,” Kompany and Wooli merge production capacities with no boundaries to yield an accelerated rendering of today’s modern bass genres.
String Theory wields preeminence with its bold-mannered attitude and medley of production styles and sound designs, proving a formidable follow-up to Subtronics’ Scream Saver EP, released in April.
