Mere months into the new year, TSHA has already set herself up as a heavy contender for 2021’s breakout artist. Alongside Elkka, Machine Woman, and more, Dancing Astronaut’s Artist to Watch in 2021 offers up her reconstruction of Ela Minus‘ “megapunk” which arrives bundled in a new remix package for the Colombian-originated artist’s single. Having taken on a series of consecutive remixes after concluding an eye-catching 2020, TSHA flexes her versatility for the fourth time this year as she returns to drop off another helping of her rework bread n’ butter.
Dimming the lights down from her previous Silk City assistance for a shimmery “New Love” remix, TSHA pivots in a darker, clubbier direction on her latest. Hammering home a driving pulse, the UK producer employs dusky atmosphere and melodic undertones in her solemn-minded, dance-driven rendition, highlighting Minus’ vocals with ever-crisp production.
