GRiZ x Jauz Provide Dubstep’s Next Big Anthem “No Doubt” [LISTEN]
Dubstep’s next big anthem has arrived in the form of “No Doubt,” courtesy of GRiZ x Jauz.
The surprise release rocks a slow and steady beat, bringing back gritty sounds and textures from GRiZ’s early years. Matched with deep wubs signature of Jauz, “No Doubt” is a full body banger that combines their sound design expertise for a massive result.
The track came about when Jauz referenced Jakes & Joker’s 2008 classic “3K Lane” and said — “I wanna write a dubstep album during this quarantine but not 2020 dubstep. This kinda shit. Speaking it into existence/posting it online so I have no choice but to do it.” Within a few hours, GRiZ had whipped up an idea and sent it over. They finished it over the course of a few weeks and “No Doubt” is the result.
From the sounds of it, we’ll be hearing more brand new material very soon. The song’s tripped out visualizer readies us for the Bangers[6].Zip EP GRiZ has on deck.
