In a landmark second for the dance music business, Silvia Montello has been named the brand new CEO of the Affiliation For Digital Music (AFEM).
Montello will change Greg Marshall, who has served as CEO over the past 4 years. Notably, she would be the first feminine CEO to guide the non-profit group, which incorporates 250 members hailing from over 25 distinctive international locations.
